You & your function: Drive innovation by designing, building, and validating AI applications within a regulated banking environment. As a Senior Lead Engineer, you collaborate with developers, data scientists and business stakeholders to operationalise AI models and ensure compliance with Rabobank’s standards. Your role is to make it happen technically: assessing feasibility, facilitate with API designs and orchestration patterns, monitor development, and iterating toward solutions that work in practice.
