Document Controller
- SharePoint migration / Remote
Duties: Meta data tagging Offshore Wind technical documents relevant to Offshore Wind part sites. Your efforts will enable the migration of documents from old, folder based SharePoint sites to meta data based, standardised SharePoint structure. External worker will work as a part of the team and independently.
Skills:
•
• Offshore Wind knowledge/experience about technical asset documentation types. Wind industry knowledge would be preferred, however, the knowledge in similar fields alike oil&gas, Operation and Maintenance or Construction projects would also be acceptable.
• Solid SharePoint skils. The person should have advanced administration skills.
• Detail oriented and structured approach.
• Soft skills alike team-player, stakeholders management, results-driven, communicative, customer-oriented.
Education: Less relevant as long as you have the relevant skills. No certification needed but experience is preferred. Fluent English is a must have. Any other language as Dutch, German or Danish would be beneficial.
